Terms of Service

By using Time2Go ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Time2Go does

Time2Go calculates when you need to leave for appointments based on real-time travel data and sends you reminders. Travel time estimates are provided by Google Maps and may not always be accurate. The app is a planning tool, not a guarantee that you will arrive on time.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app. This permanently removes all your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Abuse the API or attempt to overload the service.
• Submit harmful, abusive, or spam content through the feedback form.

Events and shared data

When you create or join an event, other participants can see your name and travel status. The event organizer can see your travel details (origin, travel mode, estimated travel time). You can leave an event at any time to remove your data from it.

Travel estimates

Travel times are calculated using Google Maps and depend on real-time traffic, transit schedules, and route availability. These are estimates and may differ from actual travel times. Time2Go is not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or inaccurate travel data.

Notifications

The app sends push notifications to remind you when to leave. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or disable them entirely through your device settings. If you don't respond to notifications, the app may automatically update your appointment status (e.g., mark as missed).

Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

Time2Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed appointments, incorrect travel estimates, or notification failures.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
